Leadership Training Knowing it is God’s will for shepherds in Christ’s church to be training emerging faithful men for Gospel-centered, Biblically-sound, servant leadership in the church (2 Tim. 2:2), we embrace this responsibility wholeheartedly. In both formal and informal ways, the Elders of River City Grace are active and intentional in training men for godly leadership in the church. Likewise, in the context of Titus 2:3-5, we desire to be active in seeing older godly women training younger women in areas appropriate to their calling in life and ministry.
